No, there is no private seat in 15% quota. It is good to pursue MBBS from abroad.

As per your score, you have decent chances to get seat in Govt colleges under state quota so first you should try for the same.

should I Waite for that ? or trying MBBS seat with low cost ( in Kerala private seat selling for 5.5 lakh per year)
please Tell me there is any disadvantage studying abroad(I think it should be affordable) but I have no idea about that
I would suggest you to give a try in state and private colleges. If it does not work for you then you can try for Abroad as this is also a good option.
