I've cancelled my josaa seat from the reporting centre but when I'm submitting the seat withdrawl request it's not getting processed.

Once you have canceled your allotted seat at the reporting center then no need to cancel in the online. if you are not able to submit your withdrawal request then your allotted seat is already canceled by you or there is no seat is allotted for you in that particular round. hope it helps you.
