I've filled jmi,Delhi b.arch form but didn't received registration slip yet. Also I've no idea when is jmi going to release its merit list.

The JMI Result 2019 portal has been made live on June 27 by Jamia Millia Islamia. You can go their official website and check the merit list. If you have qualified for the exam you will get the registration slip shortly. If not, you can contact the college authorities and tell them about the issue. It will take time to issue the registration slip and after that you have to produce required documents for admission in the university.

Are u sure about the merit list? Because as far as i know they produce the registration slip first and then they produce the merit list. And yes I've received the registration slip today itself.

As per their website and other articles it should have been published 3 days ago. They can also delay it if there are more number of students and other factors.
