SKIT is the number one choice of an engineering aspriant in Rajasthan. Excellent placement record is the USP of SKIT. Quality education and a team of excellent teacher is the solid backbone of SKIT.

SKIT is best as well as top college of Rajasthan due to there placements as well as peaceful decorum . Also it is number one college of RTU. Go for it

Package: No difference at all. This year both colleges had the highest package of 4.5 lpa.
Placements: Again they're almost equal. Though SKIT had marginally better placements this year due to 2 mass recruiters coming to their college for placements, compared to 1 mass recruiter in JECRC.
Studies: This could be a differentiating point for some(Though I assure you, no matter what, if you're joining an Engg. college you'll start studying hardly a week before the Examinations) . If you're in SKIT, you'll have to attend at least 60-75% of the classes in each subject, whereas in JECRC there are no strict rules regarding attendance. Hence students tend to bunk often which also leads to teacher's disinterest and as a result don't expect syllabus to be completed in each subject. On the other hand SKIT is very strict, strict to a point that becomes frustrating sometimes. Nevertheless since it's mandatory to be present in almost 3/4th of the classes, you can expect syllabus to get completed, you understand is or not is totally up to you
So if you really want to enjoy your college life mixed with studies, fun etc. choose JECRC. I don't really have any point which could persuade you to join SKIT.
