Both of them are good.

Here are some insights of both the Universities, Choose wisely.

KL University:

University's infrastructure is good enough to offer a pleasant feel.. The nature, laboratories and indoor stadium keeps our dreams high.. Though it had enough resources essential for perfect training, main drawback is its curriculum and faculty allocation..

Labs had good essence but the works and projects make us annoyable as they are more than required ! For example, a cse student need not spend lot in mechanics lab, chemistry lab and related projects.. Though it is somehow justified for the students who are keen in having thorough knowledge in all subjects, these highly intense projects and lab exams really make you deviated from your main core subjects.. However this problem retains only in 1st year..

There are Safari people who keep an eye on discipline.. Somehow i can say they are the main reason for university’s dignity. But their over rules sometimes make you feel annoyable.. But to an extent, i can say their rules are good !

However Fests like samyak, surabhi, spark, ignite, startup rendezvous fest etc., and rejoicing hobby clubs like nrutya, swara, vacha, akriti, kriya, chalana, chitra, etc., will give a better experience along with providing many oppurtunities to prove our extra talent. Workshops associated with IITs (in all 4 years) and practice schools furnish u with a good credentials and knowledge..

Overall, the university is good but we should be careful during seat allocations and faculty selections and need to manage time with projects and few unwanted stuff !! Placements are a bit okay but Gate and GRE coaching is perfect !!

Chandigarh University:

Campus is quite impressive and big enough,they give more attention in making it green (even more than hiring quality teachers).Collectively there is 12-15 buildings each one is of 7 floors and still growing

but they don't have good enough library which can meet with the needs of student (they put more effort in their own marketing )

they have some work shops like welding,sheet metal,carpentry,lathe machine (turning),electric and electronic and you get chance once a week to work in them and personally this is the only place you will enjoy real learning.
