To be honest i am not the part of any of the two given universities but from the review and feedback which i have got from my friends are somewhat biased towards LPU.

I will suggest you if you want to live your life, explore and find real you, and take admission Lovely Professional University- LPU where along with academics you will find new world. Also CSE DEPARTMENT is the limelight of Lovely Professional University-

LPU which has somewhat 100% placement ( excluding the backlogs and below 6cgpa students) assuraty for eligible students plus the curriculum and syllabus of CSE is very good.
