Hello Deepak,

Yes, even SC students have to pay tuition fee and hostel fees, though they are eligible for fee concessions in some cases.

In fact, reserved category candidates also have to pay only a fraction of the application fee that open category candidates have to pay. There is also many scholarship and other monetary aid available for SC candidates that are being offered by the government.
