King George's Medical University, Lucknow has 15% of seats reserved for the All India Quota.The cutoff rank that you have mentioned here is for the student admitted to King George's Medical University, Lucknow through All India Quota under SC category. The rank mentioned here, is, therefore, the All India Rank for NEET UG 2017 as the cutoff is for the All India Quota. It is not the UP state NEET rank.
