maitreyi college (DU) had 89% cutoff in ba programme for general in 2019. I got 90.25%. Do I have a chance this year?

I guess you are talking about previous year cut-off here as cut-off for 2020 delhi university hasn't been released yet. Delhi university will release cutoff for 2020 in online mode from September at du.ac.in
But yes analysing previous year cutoffs can give us an idea, now you have percentage 90+ so that can be a good one to get admission into your aforementioned course. But we should not forget that predicting cutoffs is difficult as they changes every year. Also this year the higher secondary result has been quite good and High, it will effect the cutoff as well.
