Hello Ajeet,
Congratulations for the good marks. But for admission in IITs, NIT's and IITs one needs to score atleast 75% in 10+2 exams or its equivalent for general category and more than 70% in case of sc/St category so even if you scored very good marks in JEE but you are not eligible to take admission in this colleges . So I am very sorry to tell you that you will not get admission in NIT due to your board percentage. You have to again take the boards exams and JEE to meet the eligibility criteria next year.
