Missed to submit sport certificates. Will they still consider under sports quota

No, nothing is proved until you have proper documents regarding it. Any institution needs proper documents if you want to take reservation seats like obc,sc,st or any other minority quota seats you always need to prove that you are eligible for it with the help of certificate as like that you also need to submit documents for sports quota unless you will be treated as general category.
