My board marks is 69 %and 80 percentile can i get admission in any nit Or bitsat college?

All 3 campuses of BITS, Pilani considers only the marks you getting in BITSAT. Tou can't apply their with your JEE Main marks. An you need minimum 75% in PCM to apply for counselling there.
Since 80 percentile in JEE main is below the cut off percentile, it's not possible to get any NIT with your rank. Also if you want to take admission in NIT, you should have at least 75% marks in 10+2 board exam (only PCM is not considered here)
