With a 93 percentile in JEE Main and a CRL rank above 1 lakh , getting CSE, AI/ML, AI & DS, or ECE in top NITs and IIITs through the General category may be difficult. However, your chances depend heavily on your category , home state quota , and category rank .
Generally:

Top NITs and IIITs: CSE/AI/DS is unlikely at this rank.

Lower-ranked NITs: You may get branches like Civil, Mechanical, Production, or Biotechnology in later rounds.

Some newer IIITs: ECE or allied branches may be possible if you have a reserved category and a favorable category rank.
GFTIs: You can have a reasonable chance of getting admission in several GFTIs, with branch options depending on your category and state quota.
