my cat percentile is 60, is there any chance in bhu?

It is noted from the last year cutoff of BHU minimum 85% and above is needed for the admission in MBA programs in CAT exam percentage.

Fee structure of the MBA is above 4,5000 per year 8n BHU and the application is up to January 25th 2020.
