Hope you are doing well. Yes you may have a chance to get a seat for CSE or ISE in Jawaharlal Nehru National College Of Engineering Shimoga. Considering the previous year cutoff rank, it was 44,777 for CSE and 58,659 for ISE, after second round of seat allotment. This year surely the cutoff rank will decrease but not to a much extent. So you may have around 75% chance of getting a seat for CSE or ISE in JNNCE. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
