My neet 2020 AIR is 1134 ,i did my bds from Karnataka,but domicile of ANDHRA PRADESH is it possible for me to take a seat in ANDHRA

You can apply for BDS in Delhi only through All India quota but since you are a state subject of Jammu and Kashmir, so the only way to apply in Delhi is if you have mentioned during form filling that 'you are not eligible for medical seats in Jammu and Kashmir.'
This is because Jammu and Kashmir doesn't share it's 15% seats in All India quota.
