my general rank in reap is 3427 and sc rank is 38. can i get ctae udaipur with this rank?

Yes you can get a seat in CTAE Udaipur. But it is tough to say that u will get the core branches like civil , mechanical because it need high rank . I suggest u to apply for the branches like mining , agriculture to get a guaranteed seat in CTAE Udaipur. Hope this answer will clear your doubt.
