Look their is no particular article related to this queries but in this link you can refer the closing ranks for various colleges. Most of the situations will be cleared whe.n you attend yhe counselling.
Actually when I am visiting different sites so the opening and closing vary So are you having any which website give precise data about counselling ......Well THANKYOU..
