Hi,

A rank as far as four thousand and above can be tough luck. It is not very likely for a candidate with a rank of four thousand and above to get a seat in a college under University of Delhi. You may wait however wait for the third or fourth list for you might have a slight chance. You should in the meantime look for other colleges too.
