Sorry to say you may get seat in any NIT or IIIT with this rank of 9134 in SC category or may be not because admission in colleges depends upon Cut off list prepared by the colleges or by JoSAA. It depends upon your rank also.You should apply for counselling.Try filling government colleges in home quota first .
Try checking previous year cut off list and closing rank of NIT's and IIIT's.
