Yes you are right you are not eligible for any government colleges for engineering at all. And yeah you are eligible for MHTCET organized by DTE Maharashtra. But the exam MHTCET was already held from 2 may to 23 rd may 2019. So if you have appeared for the exam and secured some good marks, then you might be eligible for admission.
