Hi aspirant
As per your rank your in jEE mains 2019 which in itself is not much pretty good enough so it's a bit difficult for you to get admission in any of the NITs/IIEST.
Also, you may be knowing that CSE branch is what has the highest cutoff and everyone wants to get in , so it's nearly not possible for you to get CSE in IIEST.
But, you can try for GFTIs.
