20000 in Jee Main is quite a good rank. However you haven't mentioned any other details like your category, the home state you belong to as the cutoffs also depend on them. Now if we go through the cutoffs of various NITs, if you belong to general category, then getting CSE might be difficult. Apart from CSE, you can expect Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering in NITs such as Uttarakhand, Jalandhar, Jaipur, Patna, Andhra Pradesh, Durgapur etc under All India quota.
