the cutoff/ opening rank- closing rank for SPA,Delhi is different for different categories:-
1.General - 7-414
2. general-PwD - 9-14
3. ST - 9-34
4. ST-PwD - 1
5. SC - 23-52
6. SC - PwD - 6
7. OBC - 79-205
8. OBC-Pwd - 10
so it won't be possible for you to take an admission.
you should go for private college which accepts JEE main Paper2.
there colleges which provides quality education and high scope for students. Find one which is suitable for you.

26000 is not a very good rank according to the competition and number of seats.
It is not possible to get admission in spa Delhi within this rank. You need to secure rank under 1200-1500 ( vary accordingly ) to get admission.
