First of all your board percentage has nothing to do with admission in Engineering in BIT Mesra.
For admission in BIT Mesra with 92.5 percentile, you will not get top branches like CSE or Electronics.
Your chances of getting IT is also slim. But you may try for other lower branche like Biotech and civil etc.
If we see the last year's cutoff then you may try for Biotech and Civil in BIT Mesra.
But If you seek my opinion for colleges the i would suggest you to go for IIITs. with your score you may even get Computer engineering in IIIT Bhubneshwar.
