my marks is 509 with obc category. what is the chances of admission in ucms & vmmc under 85% quata?

Chances are less to get seat there as no doubt the score is good but not that sufficient for colleges like UCMS and VMMC. But if you want you can give a try for these colleges along with other Govt colleges.
