I am sorry to tell you that it's hard enough to get into government college in MBBS/BDS seat in Karnataka with 155 marks in NEET and 16000 rank in category.

Sorry. But even with category, getting a government seat is highly unlikely. However, you should wait for official details. You should give priority to BDS, BAMS seats in private colleges as you would be having more chances there.
