my neet score is 342 my all India rank is 121120 and my rank in general category is 57000 can I get any MBBS or BDS college

No chance for government seats whether MBBS or BDS. But you should try for private colleges.

Its quite difficult...since Cut off is 360..

i dont think so because cut off is 360 and above 360 you can get admission i bds bams or bhms but not mbbs for mbbs it should be above 480 or 500

but cut off is 131 marks
131 marks is just a label that you are NEET qualified....it doesn't guarantee any seats.
