my NTA score was 92.35%ile from gen-EWS so which NIT's and IIIT's can I pick for my options? and what was my expected rank?

As per your percentile score in JEE Mains 2020 and in consideration that you belong to general category, you're likely to get a general merit list rank between AIR 71,557 - AIR 83,707. With this rank, you're not likely to get into any of the NITs or IIITs unless you have a strong Home state quota advantage or you belong to any other category.
