With almost 95000 rank, it will be difficult to get Vellore Institute of Technology's top two campuses i.e. Vellore and Chennai. However, based on your rank and going by last few years' data, you can expect mechanical branch in VIT Andhra Pradesh cause the rest of the branches get filled within almost 50000 to 75000 ranks. You have chances in Vellore Institute of Technology Bhopal campus as VIT Bhopal campus starts counselling from 1.2 lakhs rank approximately. With around 95000 rank, you can expecy Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics And Communication or Mechanical engineering in Bhopal Campus. As you have not mentioned your category so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately but however on the basis of this rank hardly you will get any branch in any of the campus of VIT. So I would suggest you to go with any other option.
