my sc rank in jee adv is 1421 can i get iit goa eletrical ?( i got it in ist mock but not in 2nd mock ) can i get it in actual ??

Yes. I hope you have arranged your choices accordingly. Now since choice change option is closed, we cannot do anything. If you have put IIT Goa electrical at highe preference then you will get it. Also it depends upon how others have given choices. But your rank is good enough to get admission, stay in the counselling till last round if you dont get it in earlier rounds. Good luck!
