Dear Rajesh, Maharashtra NEET domicile rule states that the Candidate should have completed his SSC, 10+2 or its equivalent Education from an Institute based in the State of Maharashtra. The Children of Central Government Employees are given an exception to this rule if parents have been transferred from another State to Maharashtra and the employees are on duty in Maharashtra at the time of documeny Verification. Now you havent mentioned the reason why your son has studied in MP. If he has completed all his studied in MP, then he is eligible for MP domicile. Now regarding Maharashtra domicile, Caste certificate is not a valid document for domicile authentication. Only students who have completed 10+2 in Maharashtra and have a domicile certificate are eligible for enjoying Maharashtra State Quota.

Hello Rajesh,
The query about your son admission
As your son caste certificate is from the Maharashtra and residential proof should be also in Maharashtra so that your son comes under.the Maharashtra State
Don't mind the education . because anyone can take education anywhere in India
So your son will be coming under Maharashtra State all the best
