My state rank is 13244 ,I am belonging to sc category state ranking is 613.can I cs in coep?

the closing rank for COEP is below:- 200. your rank is a bit high to get an admission in CSE. you can look for other college where you can get an admission. Your rank is not in the range for the college. You can try for other government college where the range is below 1K. You will have high chances there.
