Sorry but as far as I know fee wavier scheme are for economically backward students. Every college have fee wavier seats but the cutoffs of fee wavier are very high if you want a fee wavier seat you might have to compromise with your choice of college and you have to sunmit your father's income certificate in order to avail the scheme.
