You will not get CSE in the main campuses- VELLORE and CHENNAI. You might get it in Bhopal and AP campus.

Since your rank in VITEEE is too large through which you can't able to take CSE at Chennai or vellore Campus but yaah may be you get the CSE at Bhopal campus in your second phase of counselling.
