Neet 2018 maharashtra quota counselling.. if I get seat in first and second round counselling then am I eligible for the mop up round ..

Yes you're still eligible for mop up round even if you have allotted a seat during counseling but only if you didn't locked any seat in any institute because in that case you have to pay a good amount a fine if you leave a locked seat
