Neet state counselling ..if I get seat in first and second round then am I eligible for mop round counselling under state quota maharashtra.

Yes you're still eligible for mop up round even if you have allotted a seat during counseling but only if you didn't locked any seat in any institute because in that case you have to pay a good amount a fine if you leave a locked seat
