Yeah, even if you didn't attend the first and second rounds of neet counselling, you are qualified for the mopup round. Generally, the NEET Mop Up Round is NEET UG Counselling's last and final round. It is carried out and seats are left after the NEET UG 2nd Round of Counselling is done. The Mop Up Round is performed to fill up the empty seats. The Mop Up Round is done at Central and Deemed Universities to fill up the seats left empty.
But I have a doubt that I didn't register for the first round and second round so can I register for mop up round.
