In NEET application form you can apply from any state, the 15% All India Quota makes you to be eligible to get seat in any state according to your rank secured in All India Quota. You can apply both for state quota as well as All India Quota. If you choose both the option you will get your rank according to your marks, both state rank and All India rank list is prepared. After that you will get seat according to your rank. You will be eligible for both quota and if given a chance you can choose which seat you want in your state quota seat or All India Quota seat.
