see if you have studied in any colleges which is affiliated by Delhi university then you can contact with du authority regarding mark sheet related issues. but if you have studied under some different university then seeking help from Delhi university , do not help you. you need to directly contact your institution or university to get reasonable solution regarding mark sheet related issues.
