Hi Swati,
You will evaluate your based on best 4 on your own and once the cut off list is out one has to secure seat based upon the cut off. Please note that in Admission in a particular college is based on the particular cut off list released during a particular period one can not go and seek admission based upon the previous round cut off. For eg. If Shivaji College has 94% as cut off for Pol. Science Hona in the first list then a student who has secured 94% or more can only secure admission in that particular round afterwards candidature will not be considered.
Once the cutoff are released you need to match the cutoffs on your own. You 'll have to check on your own and be very sure about it. No college of du will notify either you'll eligible for that college or not. Once the cut offs are out you need to check with which colleges your best 4 percentage matches and lies within it. Be very sure while checking the colleges as while admissions they won't entertain any excuse if your percentage does not match or is less.
Hope this is clear if not do ask!
But if you include business studies your percentage would still be 94.5% which is lesser than the above. So it would be better to include physical education even if you face a deduction.
Also, will there be any further deduction for change of stream from commerce to arts?
