The Panjab University do provide the BA course in full time format in both morning and evening shifts. The University provides the course in Economics , Social Science etc. For more information, visit the below link :

Panjab University or Colleges affiliated to PU only offers Full time Graduation for 3 years or 5 years depends on the course.
For correspondence you can apply through University's Open School of Learning.

If you want to apply for classes in University (only evening class is available) then visit to the official website of Panjab University, Chandigarh
Or if want to apply in Colleges affiliated to PU then please visit to http://www.dhe.chd.gov.in from there you can apply for any College which is affiliated to PU

The university only offer full-time course in BA but Classes Will be in evening. And forms will be available in few weeks
