The disability certificate is given by the authorised medical college and a percent is given based on your clinical findings. The reason to select a particular college is to standardise it and there is no criteria or prediction that your dosability may decrease or increase.
You shall be gauged under a different parameter , which will have no relation to those you have gone through earlier.
