Please tell me that how I able for counseling in your institute after wbjee and when

There is no separate counselling.
Central counselling will be there. You have to go through it.
The college that you are interested in , put in on the top of list of collges in preference.
After that when the seat allotment  results come out you have to report to the college with all the documents.
There you have to fill up all necessary applications and pay the 1st sem fees and hence your application and admission is done
