In such a situation, would suggest you to join MNIT Jaipur because it is the best among the three you mentioned. Also, you can join Thapar University too, but NIT Nagaland won't be a good choice. But still if you wish to study in a government college, go for MNIT Jaipur(better than NIT Nagaland) or NIT Nagaland(if you get a more desirable or preferable branch which you want to study).
