Yes you can do so. But also please note that if you score top scholarship in BCA, it may not be applicable for B.Tech too but the top scholarship of B.Tech may be useful in BCA !

But I suggest you to write LPUNEST with full preparation !

Please note that the last date to avail the high scholarships in September 20th 2020. Post that they are likely to be reduced or may even be phased out.

Yes , you can give the LPU NEST which is the scholarship test programme of Lovely Professional University for more than one stream like as you mentioned cse and bca .
However there are different criteria of eligibility for different streams in the scholarship program which i would recommend you to check online.
