no you cant get because it needs more percentile like above 89or 94

Your rank is predicted around 4.5lakh in crl, and around 40k in sc cateogry. To get even last seat in pec you need to have rank less than 20k in HS quota. So you have low chance of getting into pec. But you have one more chances as of jee main in april. You can perform well and can get into your desired college.
