since neet 2019 results are not out we can just predict cut off on the basis of previous year cut off. cut off every year depend on various factors like number of candidates, number of seats and difficulty of exam. however according to previous years trend in bihar the cut off usually goes above 541 for mbbs government seats. so i think it will be difficult for you to get government seat in bihar.
