Hii

Since you have passed class 12 from MP, your state of eligibility remains Madhya pradesh. Now, one need to get OBC certificate from not less than SDO/DM/DC level. It will be only issued by your domicile state and will be valid across India. So, there is no concern on UP certificate, but it should be from at least SDO/DM level
