Yes, the 5 years integrated M.tech course at VIT Vellore is valueable enough that provides ample knowledge and the technical skills. It even has specialised subjects like Software inspection and configuration, design patterns etc.It will help you to save your time as well.
Placements package range from 10 lakhs to maximum 30 lakhs. So it is certainly a good decision. The fees is 9.6 lakh for the integrated course.

hi. You will have to appear for VITMEE or GATE which is an entrance exam for the course.
