Sir i am registering in the counselling for BCA program online but during payment it is shown that payment is not done but money is deducted

Hello Bhavya,

You should write the vice chancellor a mail at vc@ipu.ac.in, stating clearly your problem. They will get back to you on the issue.

After that is done, you should speak to your bank, approach them with your transaction ID and make sure the amount is refunded.
